I
bought my Keilwerth SX-90 ten years ago . . . so when the neck kept
coming unsoldered I thought there was no way Keilwerth would do
anything about it.
I emailed them anyway, with pictures of the broken neck and the serial
number, and to my complete surprise they airmailed a new neck to me for
free from Germany; I had it in about a week. I couldn't believe it!
Keilwerth is not only a great company for the quality of their horns (I
have never played a better tenor, even old Selmer Mark 6's or the right
King's from Cleveland) but that they stand by their craftsmanship as
well. Ten years later they still have my back! If anyone is looking for
a great professional saxophone I don't think you can do better than
Keilwerth.
